On Call Transportation Attorneys

Our firm offers a 24/7 Rapid Response Team consisting of over 60 attorneys covering 36 states who are on call at all times with freight carriers, insurers, and TPAs for transportation accidents. When contacted, members of the team will go immediately to the accident scene to manage the on-scene accident investigation to assure the preservation of both evidence and constitutional protections. We have a ready list of field investigators and accident reconstruction experts who accompany our lawyers to the accident scene. This service is invaluable given the delay that can occur between the accident and the filing of litigation, and the information that can be lost, mishandled, or misremembered in the meantime.

Once the scene is preserved, our experienced lawyers will be able to assist in creating strategy to include additional expert retention, witness interviews, obtaining law enforcement and Department of Transportation reports, citations and film, preserving and processing electronic data from the vehicles and companies involved. We can also monitor local judicial websites to check if suits have been filed, and then provide an aggressive defense.
