Jeffrey Riggs is a partner in the Lafayette and the New Orleans offices of Lewis Brisbois and is a member of the Insurance Law, Labor & Employment and Workers’ Compensation Practices. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Texas state and federal courts and has represented clients and litigated throughout on a broad range of legal issues including insurance coverage and bad faith advice and litigation, general liability, employment and labor matters, contract drafting, interpretation and indemnity, as well as admiralty, maritime and energy.

Mr. Riggs has also represented contractors against construction defect claims, as well as insurers and condo/homeowner associations relative to claims of wrongful eviction, enforcement of association articles and challenged election processes.

Mr. Riggs is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
