Jeffrey Riggs is a partner in the Lafayette and the New Orleans offices of Lewis Brisbois and is a member of the Professional Liability, Labor & Employment, Insurance Law, and Workers’ Compensation Practices. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Texas state and federal courts and has represented clients and litigated throughout on a broad range of legal issues including employment and labor matters, insurance coverage and bad faith advice and litigation, general liability, contract drafting, interpretation and indemnity, as well as admiralty, maritime and energy. Mr. Riggs also represented contractors, architects and other professionals against professional liability and construction defect claims.
