Lewis Brisbois Closes Private Jet Engine Company Sale

Lewis Brisbois closed the sale of Connecticut based E.A. Patten Co. to Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing, a portfolio company of Tinicum L.P. E.A. Patten is a leading supplier of jet engine components and tube assemblies to Pratt &Whitney.

Lewis Brisbois advised the legacy seller on a variety of issues related to the deal including M&A, real property, environmental, tax, employment and regulatory matters. Duff & Phelps acted as investment banker and Northern Trust acted as financial advisor to seller.
