Brian C. Deeney is a partner in the Newark office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Mr. Deeney focuses his practice on premises liability, construction, product liability, commercial auto, and wrongful death. He also handles medical malpractice, insurance defense, bad faith claims, and general litigation matters. Mr. Deeney has extensive experience representing insurance carriers and businesses in a variety of matters in federal and state courts, and in alternative dispute resolution. He has trial experience in complex construction delay, premises liability and auto actions. A graduate of Villanova University School of Law, he is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
