Webinar Series: Nuclear Verdicts

Orange County, Calif. (January 30, 2024) – Los Angeles Partner Dana Alden Fox and New York Co-Managing Partner Alan Kaminsky will present a webinar titled "Nuclear Verdicts," on February 15, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. PT.

During this informative 60-minute CLE session, our speakers will discuss jury selection, and provide strategies on identifying and preventing potential nuclear verdicts. Moderated by Orange County Partner Esther Holm, this program will assist risk managers, general counsel, and insurers in identifying potential nuclear cases, and will be informative for defense attorneys who are seeing increasing nuclear verdicts from juries manipulated by plaintiffs' attorneys.

Mr. Fox is co-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ General Liability Practice and is one of the most heralded trial attorneys in the State of California, consistently obtaining results not thought possible for his clients, including multiple defense jury verdicts in prominent cases.
