Josh Cole Aicklen Receives 2023 NBI Outstanding Faculty Award

Las Vegas, Nev. (May 8, 2024) – Las Vegas/Reno Managing Partner Josh Cole Aicklen recently received the National Business Institute’s (NBI) 2023 Outstanding Faculty Award. In determining recipients of this award, NBI considers the quantity and quality of candidates' speaking engagements. In doing so, it examines several factors, including course evaluations.

Mr. Aicklen has been a prolific speaker and moderator for NBI events in recent years. Just last year, he moderated a trial practice panel with Nevada civil court judges and spoke on another wide-ranging panel on trial tactics.

NBI provides continuing legal education to lawyers and staff. Its mission is to empower these individuals with the practical legal knowledge and skills they need to succeed.

Mr. Aicklen serves as co-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ national Hospitality Practice. An ABOTA trial lawyer, he has over 30 years of experience litigating cases in state and federal courts in Nevada and California.
