Webinar Series: Ethics I: Addressing Client Challenges – Practical & Ethical Approaches

Orange County, Calif. (March 29, 2024) – New York Partner Jamie R. Wozman and Phoenix/Los Angeles Partner & Firmwide Assistant General Counsel Jessica A. Lienau will present a webinar titled “Ethics I: Addressing Client Challenges – Practical & Ethical Approaches,” on April 18, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. PT.

During this informative 60-minute CLE session, our speakers will explore how to handle problematic clients and insureds. Moderated by Orange County Partner Esther Holm, this session will be beneficial and informative for insurance professionals and counsel.

Ms. Lienau is the Firmwide Assistant General Counsel in the Los Angeles and Phoenix offices of Lewis Brisbois and vice chair of the Public Agency & Municipal Law Practice. Her practice is focused on attorney regulation and ethics as well as public agency and municipal law.   

Ms. Wozman serves as vice-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Legal Malpractice Practice and is also a member of its Professional Liability Practice. She regularly handles claims against attorneys, accountants, insurance brokers, and other miscellaneous professionals.

Ms. Holm is co-chair of the Professional Liability Practice, and vice-chair of the Product Liability Practice. Her specialty is Trial Practice in Professional, General, Employment, Transportation and Product Liability matters. She moderates all sessions that are part of this General Webinar series by Lewis Brisbois.
