Sean Shecter to Speak on AI Usage & Risks at Open AIS 2023 Symposium

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (November 17, 2023) – Fort Lauderdale Partner Sean Shecter will speak on advances in AI safety, security, and Artificial Immune Systems at the upcoming OpenAIS 2023 Symposium in Boca Raton, Florida on December 4 at 10:15 a.m. ET.

This 60-minute informative panel discussion, titled “AI Usage & Risks: Advancing useful AIs while minimizing risks,” will be moderated by Wendy Chin (CEO PureCipher). Mr. Shecter will be joined by co-panelists Ken Robinson (Board Member - Oxy, Abercrombie & Fitch), Reddy Mallidi (COO Seventrain Ventures), and Kyle Kilian (US Technology and National Security Analytical Modernization lead).

Mr. Shecter serves as co-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Government Investigations & White Collar Defense Practice and chair of its Supply Chain Due Diligence Practice. A former federal prosecutor, he is also a member of the firm's Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice and its Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Practice.
