Jessica Beckwith to Join Attorney Ethics Panel at State Bar of Arizona Seminar

Phoenix, Ariz. (May 8, 2019) – Phoenix Partner Jessica L. Beckwith will join a panel at an Arizona State Bar seminar taking place on May 22 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. in Phoenix, Arizona. The panel is titled “Dealing with Difficult or Impaired Clients or Lawyers: What you need to do to protect yourself, the client, the lawyer and the Judicial System.”

Ms. Beckwith and her fellow panelists will discuss the challenging issues attorneys face when dealing with difficult or impaired clients and lawyers, and will also provide frank guidance on how to overcome these obstacles in an ethical manner. Attendees can earn up to three CLE creds and three Ethics credits.

Ms. Beckwith works from both Lewis Brisbois’ Phoenix and Los Angeles offices. She is a member of the firm’s Professional Liability and Real Estate & Environmental Practices, and has been retained as an expert witness in attorney ethics matters.
