Cristina Yannucci to Present at PLI Ethics Game Show

New York, N.Y. (June 11, 2024) – New York Partner Cristina R. Yannucci will provide opening remarks and join an interactive panel to present at Practicing Law Institute’s (PLI) 2024 Ethics Game Show, hosted in NYC on June 17 at 3:00 p.m. ET.

In this 2-hour interactive game show, Ms. Yannucci, along with her co-presenters Tyler Maulsby (Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz PC) and William McCracken (Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP), will present multiple-choice ethical scenarios to the audience, illustrating how the relevant rules apply to each situation. Attendees will gain insights into the appropriate use of social media, recognize when litigation tactics cross into ethical misconduct, understand when to report another lawyer’s ethical violations, and explore ethical challenges in multi-jurisdictional practice.

Ms. Yannucci is a national co-chair of Lewis Brisbois' Professional Liability Practice. She focuses on complex, high-profile professional liability litigation, including claims against attorneys, accountants, appraisers, real estate agents and brokers, title companies, real estate managers, insurance agents and brokers, and directors and officers. She also represents public entities and their employees in high-exposure professional liability litigation.
