Sara Shok is an associate in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice.    

Ms. Shok is an experienced attorney with a strong background in employment law compliance including employment defense. She advises clients on a multitude of business-related issues.

Ms. Shok’s employment practice responsibilities include a broad range of topics such as compliance with employment laws, disability accommodations, leaves of absence, employment policy creation and implementation. She assists clients in navigating discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage and hour issues and counsel clients on matters involving employee hiring, discipline and termination, workplace investigations and employment practice audits. Ms. Shok creates and presents training programs based on client needs, helping clients understand and comply with applicable laws while managing risk.
