Kristina Nakao is an associate in the Orange County office of Lewis Brisbois and is a member of the Construction Practice. 

Ms. Nakao graduated from University of San Diego School of Law where she was an Executive Editor of the San Diego International Law Journal and Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Ms. Nakao received her Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from UCLA with a major in Political Science and concentration in International Relations. 

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Nakao worked in legal and business affairs departments in several leading entertainment television studios negotiating and drafting agreements with writers, producers, directors, networks, and other related personnel. 

Ms. Nakao is fluent in Japanese.
