Daniel Nagler is a partner in the Miami office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Daniel represented insurance companies and their insureds in defending catastrophic personal injury and property damage claims. He has also represented banks and financial institutions in creditors' rights issues including pre and post-judgment commercial collections and related bankruptcy matters as well as representing national banks in foreclosure matters.
