Paul T. Muniz is a partner in the Boston office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Professional Liability Practice and chair of the Accountants E&O Practice. Paul has substantial experience litigating claims involving complex design and construction issues, intellectual property, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair and deceptive trade practices, fraud and other business torts, as well as claims involving the False Claims Act. Paul has tried, arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases. He is admitted to the Massachusetts, New Hampshire and New York bars. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Paul served as Chairman of the Trial Department at a regional law firm on the east coast.

Paul’s prior experience includes taking part in the Treasury Department’s Honor Program, serving as Trial Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service. Prior to law school, Paul served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy.
