Jeff McClelland is a partner in the firm’s Denver office and leads the firm’s Labor & Employment practice in Denver. He and his group of dedicated professionals specialize in representing employers in lawsuits involving claims under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Equal Pay Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Family and Medical Leave Act, as well as in wage and hour lawsuits involving claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Colorado Wage Claim Act, Colorado Minimum Wage Act, and Colorado Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Order. Jeff regularly represents employers in state and federal courts and administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Colorado Civil Rights Division. Jeff also regularly advises and counsels employers of all sizes regarding employee pay and timekeeping practices, workplace policies, employee training, and employee discipline.

Prior to attending law school, Jeff had over a decade of business experience. His experience includes working as a finance analyst at a Fortune 100 technology company and a product manager at technology start-ups. Jeff also co-owned an online fastener distributorship. Jeff uses his extensive business experience to help clients not only in defending lawsuits, but also in advising them on best employment practices.
