George Leahy

Associate

George Leahy is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Regulatory & Environment, Land, Natural Resources, and Antitrust & Competition Practices. 

George graduated from William & Mary Law School, where he was inducted into the Order of the Barristers for excellence in trial advocacy and was awarded Best Student Note by the William & Mary Business Law Review for his analysis of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA). During law school, George acted as Lead Development Counsel for the National Trial Team, Executive Editor for the William & Mary Business Law Review, and President of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Legal Society. George also assisted the Lewis B. Puller Jr. Veterans Benefits clinic in filing claims for disability compensation with the Department of Veterans Affairs. 

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, George worked as a law clerk and summer associate for the Washington, D.C., office while attending law school.
