Jeff Kim is a partner in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Korean Business & Litigation, Corporate, Products Liability, and Lithium-ion Battery Practice Groups. For the past 14 years before joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Kim has served as a principal legal counsel and critical leader at Samsung SDI in South Korea, one of the three key global battery makers. He has overseen dozens of international product liability and recall cases and managed complex international transaction across the globe. Just prior to joining our firm, Mr. Kim was the lead Korea-based counsel in establishment of the multi billion-dollar joint venture agreement between Samsung SDI and Stellantis.
