Adriana Katzen is a partner in the San Diego office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Medical Malpractice and Healthcare Practices. She has nearly two decades of experience as a trial attorney defending municipal entities and private clients through complex civil litigation in both Federal and State Court. 

Ms. Katzen is licensed to practice in California, Missouri, and Indiana. She has defended numerous cases successfully through trial within these jurisdictions. She is well versed in representing government, private and individual medical providers against a variety of legal claims, including medical negligence, licensing and administrative remedies. She has extensive courtroom experience, including injunctions, motion practice, and trial. She has also successfully resolved countless matters through arbitration, mediation, and dispositive motion. She specializes in healthcare law and represents providers in a variety of medical arenas including emergency department, inpatient hospitalization, rehabilitation units, outpatient care, correctional care, long-term care facilities, and residential care facilities. 

Ms. Katzen is fluent in Spanish.
