Heather Hu is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Medical Malpractice and Long-Term Care Practices. 

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Heather worked at a prominent New York law firm where she represented hospitals and physicians in all aspects of complex medical malpractice litigation. She has also defended owners, contractors and developers in construction and New York Labor Law disputes involving personal injury, construction defects, property damage and premises liability claims. Her experience has enabled her to effectively handle all aspects of civil litigation including investigation, motion practice, settlement negotiation, and trial preparation.
