Pamela Hayati

Associate

Pamela Hayati is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Medical Malpractice and Long-Term Care Practices.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Hayati focused her practice on state and federal civil rights litigation, where she regularly handled a wide variety of matters involving constitutional law, torts, and criminal law. Her clients included government agencies, municipalities, and their employees.

Ms. Hayati graduated with High Distinction from University of California Berkeley with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She then graduated from University of Southern California's Gould School of Law, where she also obtained her certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. During law school, Ms. Hayati externed at the County of Los Angeles District Attorney's Office in various specialized units including the Preliminary Hearings Unit, Major Crimes Unit, and Conviction Review Unit. Following her graduation from law school, Ms. Hayati worked for a criminal defense attorney.

During her free time, Ms. Hayati enjoys spending time with her yorkie Constantino. She is also a photographer focusing her work on documentary photography. She also enjoys working out, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her loved ones.
