Simone McCormick to Present on Cyber Threats at Travelers Institute Symposium

Portland, Ore. (October 21, 2019) – Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Partner Simone McCormick will join a lunchtime panel presentation at the Cyber Travelers Institute on Thursday, October 24 at the Portland Marriot Downtown Waterfront.

In light of National Cybersecurity Awareness Month, this educational symposium will give attendees tips on how to tackle the evolving cyber threats being brought against their organizations. Ms. McCormick, along with other cybersecurity thought leaders on the panel, will share insights on best practices for preparing and responding to a cyber incident.

Ms. McCormick is a partner in Lewis Brisbois’ Portland office, and a member of its Labor & Employment Practice as well as its Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice. She has extensive experience representing businesses and professionals in commercial litigation, professional liability, privacy, and employment matters, and is a regular contributor to Lewis Brisbois’ Digital Insights blog.
