Sara Jane Holland to Join Knowledge Group Opportunity Zone CLE Webinar
(November 19, 2019) – Newark Partner Sara Jane Holland will join a CLE webinar hosted by The Knowledge Group on December 18 at 12:00 p.m. EST. The webinar, titled “Opportunity Zone Funds Due Diligence: Practical Tips and Strategies Explored,” will discuss how businesses can benefits from investing in Opportunity Zone Funds, or OZFs.
Ms. Holland and her fellow panelists will look at recent trends and statistics in OZFs, risk mitigation strategies, best practices, and a look ahead at 2020. The speakers will also analyze critical issues and compliance hurdles, while sharing tips on how to avoid common pitfalls in this rapidly changing legal climate.
