Leiza Dolghih to Speak at Annual Advanced Employment Law Conference in January

Dallas, Texas (November 27, 2018) – Dallas Partner Leiza Dolghih will speak at the 27^th Annual Advanced Employment Law Conference in Dallas on January 18 at 2:30 p.m. at the Westin Hotel Galleria. Ms. Dolghih will give a presentation titled “The Rise in Trade Secrets and Restrictive Covenants Litigation,” which will address current trends in trade secrets litigation, as well as the use and litigation of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. The talk will also analyze key cases from 2018 involving these issues.
