Kenneth Feldman, Alex Graft Publish Article in the Daily Journal

Los Angeles, Calif. (January 30, 2019) – California Partners Kenneth C. Feldman and Alex A. Graft published an article in the Daily Journal titled “Top 2018 cases involving attorneys as defendants” on January 17, which discusses key California cases from last year involving legal professional liability claims.

The article analyzes a dozen California cases involving a range of issues on appeal, from the causation standard and statute of limitations questions, to civil conspiracy claims, undisclosed conflicts rules, anti-SLAPP statutes, and more.

Messrs. Feldman and Graft are both members of Lewis Brisbois' Professional Liability and Legal Malpractice Defense Practices (Mr. Feldman is chair of the latter). They are also both Certified Specialists in legal malpractice law by the State Bar of California.
