Karen Bennett to Present at ERBA 2020 Policy Conference in Washington, D.C.

Washington, D.C. (February 26, 2020) – Washington, D.C. Partner Karen C. Bennett will give a presentation titled “Understanding the Client: Permittee Perspectives on Flexible Mitigation Delivery,” at the Ecological Restoration Business Association’s (ERBA) 2020 Policy Conference taking place at The Washington Marriott Georgetown from March 4 to 6.

Ms. Bennett’s discussion will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 6, and will cover policy concerns for project developers in 2020 and the implementation of the new WOTUS Rule, along with pending litigation that will impact the industry.

Ms. Bennett is co-chair of both Lewis Brisbois’ Environmental & Administrative Law Practice and its Government Relations Practices.
