Frank Cerza to Join AmCham Italy Webinar on Corporate Transparency

New York, N.Y. (November 1, 2023) – New York Partner Frank J. Cerza will join a webinar on corporate transparency, hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy (AmCham) on November 6 at 10:30 a.m. ET.

This informative session will provide an overview of the general rules in force in the United States regarding publication and transparency of company data, highlighting the differences that occur with the Italian legal system, where more stringent information rules apply. Mr. Cerza and his co-panelists will also discuss New York State’s LLC Transparency Act.

Mr. Cerza is chair of the Italy Practice, co-chair of the Real Estate & Land Use Practice, and a vice-chair of the Commercial Lending Practice. His practice focuses on corporate and real estate business transactions and commercial finance. Mr. Cerza has more than 40 years of experience representing American and Italian companies and individuals in cross-border transactions between the U.S. and Italy.
