Francis Pileggi to Present at Delaware Firearms Law Seminar

Wilmington, Del. (October 5, 2023) – Wilmington Managing Partner Francis G.X. Pileggi will present on various Delaware cases on the right to bear arms at the upcoming Delaware Firearms Law Seminar on October 18, sponsored by the Delaware Association of Second Amendment Lawyers (DASAL). His 15-minute presentation will begin at 10:15 a.m. ET.

DASAL is a civic organization of Delaware lawyers whose practices include matters pertaining to the historical, constitutional, jurisprudential and legal principles and concepts surrounding the right to keep and bear arms for lawful purposes.

Mr. Pileggi is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. He focuses primarily on high-stakes disputes of corporations, stockholders, members of boards of directors, members and managers of LLCs, and those with managerial or ownership interests in other forms of entities. In addition, since 2004, Mr. Pileggi has maintained the Delaware Corporate & Commercial Litigation Blog, at www.delawarelitigation.com, in which he analyzes key corporate and commercial decisions from Delaware's Supreme Court and Court of Chancery.
