Danny Worker to Join Munich Insurance Panel on Combatting Legal System Abuse
Chicago, Ill. (December 6, 2023) - Chicago Managing Partner Danny Worker will join a panel on legal system abuses, hosted by Munich Re Specialty Insurance on December 14 at 11:00 a.m. ET.
This informative webinar, titled “How Insurers Are Combatting Legal System Abuse,” will feature Mr. Worker and other insurance and legal experts discussing the drivers behind abuses of the legal system and ways for carriers to respond to these problems while minimizing outlandish claims costs.
Mr. Worker is the managing partner in the Chicago office and a partner in the Phoenix office of Lewis Brisbois. He is a chair of the Insurance Coverage Practice, co-chair of the Bad Faith Litigation Practice, and vice chair of the Appellate Practice. Since his admission to the Illinois bar in 1987, Mr. Worker has tried or arbitrated over 50 cases to verdict in Illinois, Kansas, and North Carolina.
