Cameron Kalunian to Moderate Lewis Brisbois Webinar on Maintaining Business Relationships

Los Angeles, Calif. (December 3, 2020) – Los Angeles Partner Cameron M. Kalunian will moderate a virtual Lewis Brisbois panel discussion taking place on December 14 at 9:00 a.m. PST.

Titled “Maintaining Business Relationships in the Storm of Litigation,” the panelists will discuss the impact of litigation on continuing business relationships, with a focus on balancing risk transfer with business goals in the context of multi-tiered contractor driven projects. This webinar will also cover best practices for communications between and among clients, indemnitors, claims handling professional, coverage counsel, and defense counsel.

Mr. Kalunian is a vice-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ nationwide Construction Practice, with a focus on multi-party litigation in a wide variety of cases involving claims related to breach of contract, fraud, unfair business practices, real estate, construction defect disputes, and various tort claims.
