Andrew Pidgirsky to Speak at U.S.-Russia Chamber of Commerce Webinar Discussing Investment in the U.S

Houston, Texas (September 3, 2020) – Houston Partner Andrew A. Pidgirsky will participate in a free webinar titled “Invest in the USA – The Land of Opportunities” beginning at 8:00 a.m. CST on Tuesday, September 22, and hosted by the U.S.-Russia Chamber of Commerce. This unique event will also be offered in the Russian cities of Moscow and Yekaterinburg, at their local time.

Mr. Pidgirsky's contribution to the webinar will focus on the legal considerations of foreign investments in the United States. The event is designed to help foreign companies learn about the many legal, tax, real estate, insurance, banking, operational, and economic development issues they should consider before starting operations in the U.S.

Mr. Pidgirsky is a vice-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Corporate Practice and has extensive experience in the areas of energy, transactions, finance, technology, and international law. In addition to his legal expertise, he is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, and Spanish.
