Alexis Crump Named to Daily Journal’s 2021 Top Women Lawyers List

Los Angeles, Calif. (May 27, 2021) - The Los Angeles Daily Journal recently named Los Angeles Partner Alexis Crump to its 2021 “Top Women Lawyers” list.

In its profile of Ms. Crump, the Daily Journal notes that over her 34-year legal career, she has led deals totaling more than $1 billion in transactions. The publication further details that Ms. Crump recently led the sale of a national manufacturing company, an international food service software company, a concierge veterinary hospital, an international children’s educational toy company, as well as the acquisition and financing of a gym.

Ms. Crump told the Daily Journal that, over the last year, she has been involved in a variety of transactions, noting, “I was breaking leases for clients in June and July last year, but I also closed two deals involving the sale of large commercial buildings in Los Angeles and Santa Monica. We always seem to be resilient, able to use any situation to our advantage.” She added, “We delve into the businesses we handle, and I do enjoy it immensely. It’s never boring.”

Ms. Crump serves as a co-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Commercial Lending Practice and as a vice chair of the firm’s Corporate and Italy Practices. She is a national leader and sought-after advisor for successful mid-market companies and has more than 25 years of experience in private equity, municipal finance, real estate, EB-5 financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Crump was recently recognized as a Women of Influence by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
