Gina Suarez Misiaszek is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Her practice concentrates on the defense of individuals and companies in all aspects of complex civil litigation involving premises liability, transportation, and property damage claims.

Ms. Misiaszek specializes in the defense of corporations and individuals in commercial motor vehicle litigation. She also defends property owners, managers, tenants, and service establishments in premises liability matters such as negligent security, Dram Shop, and slip and fall claims.

She handles all phases of litigation from the inception of a case to its resolution providing an analysis of the potential exposure to our client based on the facts presented and the plaintiff's claimed injuries. Ms. Misiaszek takes an aggressive stance on early and essential investigation in order to negotiate cost effective settlements and early dismissals for our clients.
