Francis Schneider

Associate

Francis Schneider is an associate in the Wichita office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. He was born and raised in Kansas. Mr. Schneider is a graduate of Washburn University School of Law, where he competed with the Moot Court team and served as the Online Production Editor for the Washburn Law Journal. Mr. Schneider published an article that examined the relationship of Title III under the American’s with Disabilities Act and the manufacturing industry in Manufacturing Public Accommodation Under Title III of the ADA: The Tenth Circuit's Expansive Interpretation of "Service Establishment" to Include Manufacturers" [Levorsen v. Octapharma Plasma, Inc., 828 F.3d 1227 (10th Cir. 2016)], 56 Washburn L.J. 599, 599 (Summer 2017).

Before joining Law School, Mr. Schneider worked as a financial analyst for two different Fortune 500 Companies, where he developed successful client relationships with the business operations that he supported in his roles.
