Stephen is an associate in the Cleveland office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment practice group. Stephen regularly defends employers of all sizes and sectors against a multitude of claims ranging from administrative proceedings, through federal court, including employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, breach of contract claims, as well as others. 

Stephen also has significant employment counseling, assisting all types of businesses, from small family-owned companies to large, publicly traded corporations, on various issues from the day-to-day, to disputes, to national compliance requirements.
