Mallory N. McDonald

Partner

Mallory McDonald is a partner in the Kansas City office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. She advises and represents employers in various aspects of labor and employment law, including defending clients in discrimination lawsuits brought under federal and state law and OSHA complaints. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mallory practiced with a full-service civil firm where she represented defendants in various types of civil suits and counseled clients regarding business and employment practices. Additionally, she assisted with business transactions and estate planning. Her versatile legal experiences provide her with valuable insight to clients’ values and operations, which assists in her zealous representation. While realistically assessing potential outcomes and risk, Mallory strives to provide the best representation possible by identifying weaknesses of a case early on and strategizing with clients to optimize strengths to leverage the best outcome.

Pro Bono & Philanthropy

Outside of her work for Lewis Brisbois, Mallory serves on Drury University’s Alumni Council.
