Gianna McArthur

Associate

Gianna McArthur is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Gianna’s practice focuses primarily premises liability and automobile accidents. Gianna’s prior experience focuses on insurance defense. In addition, she has significant experience in intellectual property matters including brand enforcement. 

Prior to attending law school, Gianna also oversaw numerous research studies including clinical trials for investigational cancer drugs. In addition, Gianna served as an Emergency Medical Technician for her local fire department. During law school Gianna was a legal intern for the United States Coast Guard. 

Gianna received her B.A. in biology from Vassar College in 2008 and her J.D. from Hofstra University in 2019.
