Elena Harvey is a partner in the Minneapolis office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Products Liability and Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation Practices. She is an experienced litigator and has represented clients in a variety of areas, including insurance defense, construction, banking, and corporate disputes. She is a former Assistant County Attorney for Wabasha County, MN, where she prosecuted adult and juvenile crimes of all levels and took several cases to verdict. Prior to practice, Elena clerked for the Honorable John T. Cajacob, Rice County.
