Andrew Harms is a partner in the New York office of the Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice.

Mr. Harms is a trial attorney in Lewis Brisbois' New York office who practices in both State and Federal courts defending businesses and property owners in high exposure tort litigation. Andrew specializes in New York labor law, construction defect, catastrophic fire, commercial transportation, and premises liability matters. Andrew's clients include construction companies, shopping mall owners, retail franchisors and franchisees, and residential property owners.
