Ken Fox is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Medical Malpractice and Long-Term Care Practices.

Mr. Fox represents physicians, healthcare providers, hospitals, and related facilities in all aspects of liability litigation, including trials, mediation/arbitration, dispositive and other significant motions, appeals, and OPMC licensing matters. Mr. Fox’s practice also includes claims administration and advising on risk management issues in healthcare, general liability, employment, and Directors and Officers matters. He serves as Counsel for a major healthcare provider’s National Insurance Program.

Mr. Fox has given presentations and CLE lectures on subjects including Basic Concepts in Representing Municipal Defendants in Civil Litigation, Practical Issues Concerning the Failure to Procure Extended Reporting Coverage in Medical Malpractice Actions, and Analyzing Damages in Catastrophic Injury Cases. Mr. Fox has been a repeat guest speaker at Kings County Hospital Center National Healthcare Risk Management Week, lectured at NYU Langone Medical Center on medico-legal issues, and has been quoted in the book “A Financial Prescription for Doctors and Dentists—Strategies for Achieving Your Personal and Career Goals”. 

He recently was a panelist on the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management’s webinar addressing the risk management implications of the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization which overturned Roe v. Wade.

He has been recognized by his peers having been named to Super Lawyers and the International Advisory Experts Group.
