Nicholas H. Esser

Nicholas H. Esser is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. Mr. Esser has experience representing clients in both state and federal courts nationwide, as well as in alternative dispute resolution methods.

Mr. Esser has litigated matters involving contract disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty, claims of fraud, partnership or shareholder disputes, trademark and copyright violations, TCPA, FACTA, professional liability, and disputes with governmental entities, as well as defamation claims. He has represented a wide range of clients ranging from individual business owners to large public companies, in industries such as technology, hospitality, aviation, professional service, and more. Mr. Esser seeks to bring a diverse background of experience to client matters to help more completely achieve that client’s objectives. 

Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Esser worked at large, full-service, Florida-based law firms in the complex business litigation and insurance practice groups.
