Danny Duong


Danny Duong is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Duong was an Assistant Corporation Counsel ("ACC") at the New York City Law Department where he defended the City of New York and its client agencies in complex high-exposure Tort claims in cases from inception to resolution. He has extensive experience in defending claims arising out of premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, negligent supervision, and wrongful death. In his prior role as an ACC, Mr. Duong has conducted dozens of depositions, settled and disposed of numerous cases, and taken one verdict.

Mr. Duong graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2018 where he was a member of both the Moot Court Honor Society’s Trial Advocacy Division and the Journal of Law and Policy.
