Kevin Davis is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the firms’ Transportation & General Liability Practices. Mr. Davis’ practice is primarily focused on defending insurance carriers and third-party administrators in no-fault litigation and arbitrations, investigating claims, and advising clients on best practices in claims handling to ensure compliance with the complex Insurance Department No-Fault regulations. Mr. Davis has over 15 years of experience in investigating claimant and healthcare provider fraud and has minimized insurer exposure in thousands of cases for one of the largest writers of Auto Insurance in New York. In the course of his extensive SIU work, Mr. Davis has conducted hundreds of examinations under oath of claimants, treating physicians and owners of medical facilities regarding motor vehicle accidents, injuries, medical treatment, and structure of professional corporations.
