Dane C. Cummaro is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Transportation Practices. 

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Cummaro worked as an attorney at a national civil litigation defense firm in Los Angeles, California, where he represented corporations, universities, and health care facilities in personal injury, premises liability, products liability, health care, and medical malpractice matters. 

Mr. Cummaro has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023 and 2024, a distinction awarded to no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state. Mr. Cummaro received his law degree from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego. While obtaining his law degree, Mr. Cummaro became a certified mediator through the school’s Civil Mediation Clinic.
