Nicholas Bastidas

Associate

Nicholas Bastidas is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. His practice primarily focuses on representing well-known corporations, insurance companies, and their insureds in liability claims ranging from motor vehicle and trucking accidents, and premises liability incidents, including claims involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and significant property losses. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Nicholas worked at one of Florida's largest insurance defense firms in the Appellate group where he handled a variety of appeals from different practice areas. Nicholas also provided litigation support to multiple practice groups. 

Nicholas received his JD in 2022 from the St. Thomas University College of Law where he graduated magna cum laude, served as the Managing Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review, and a competing member of the Moot Court team. During his time in law school, Nicholas spent a semester in Tallahassee as a Legal Intern to Justice John D. Couriel of the Florida Supreme Court. Nicholas received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University.
