Gillian Bader is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. She handles all manner of general liability cases involving complex claims on behalf of some of nation’s largest companies and municipalities.  Ms. Bader focuses her practice on transportation matters including the defense of motor carriers, municipal bus operators, and livery companies, as well as the defense of premises liability claims involving building owners, property management companies, and other businesses.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Bader was a Senior Counsel for the City of New York Law Department, Office of the Corporation Counsel, where she exclusively handled high-exposure tort claims brought against the City of New York and its various agencies.  Prior to her work for the City, Ms. Bader spent time in private practice handling commercial litigation matters for a variety of corporate clients.
