Lewis Brisbois’ San Bernardino Office is seeking experienced and knowledgeable Record/E-Storage Assistants to handle both Physical and Electronic Records for this prominent insurance defense litigation firm with at least 2-4 solid years of related work experience. The ideal candidate would have law firm or legal experience. We would consider those from insurance companies as well. We are a fast-paced, high volume growing office.

The Records/E-Storage File Clerk will have the primary responsibilities of day to day handling of physical and scanned (electronic) documents, as well as, assisting the supervisor with projects within records, supporting incoming and/or department attorneys, release of client files, transferring inactive files from on-site to offsite storage. This role also includes but is not limited to solving problems and ensuring compliance with department and firm procedures. The candidate must have strong customer service skills, good communication/interpersonal skills, detail oriented, highly organized, self-motivated, reliable, able to multi-task, and have solid MS Office skills. The ability to work independently and within a team environment are also important.
