The San Francisco Office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP is actively seeking a talented and highly motivated associate attorney with 3 to 5 years of EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION EXPERIENCE who meets the following criteria:
Significant experience litigating the defense of federal and California employment law claims including but not limited to workplace discrimination and harassment, whistleblower, wage and hour, and wrongful termination;
Ability to provide advice and guidance to employers related to compliance with federal and California employment laws, including the ADA, ADEA, Title VII, FMLA, CFRA, FEHA, and the California Labor Code;
Excellent writing, public speaking, and advocacy skills;
Ability to multi-task, assume case management responsibilities right away, and manage and drive litigation with minimal supervision;
Dynamic personality and a desire to work in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
All candidates must possess California Bar membership and solid academic credentials.
