Kyle Peterson is an associate in the Pittsburgh office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment and General Liability practices. 

Mr. Peterson earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2018, also earning a certificate of advanced study in health law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Peterson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College in 2015.

Mr. Peterson regularly defends employers in state and federal court litigation and administrative proceedings. His litigation practice includes representing employers in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, employment at-will, and other aspects of employment law. Additionally, Mr. Peterson maintains a General Liability practice in state and federal courts in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
