Miranda Morgan is an associate in the New Orleans office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice.

Miranda attended Louisiana State University (LSU) for undergrad where she achieved her B.A. in Political Science and Communications-Public Discourse. After graduation, she moved to Washington, D.C., where she worked in policy and communications for multiple Members of Congress in, both, the Senate and the House of Representatives. From there, she moved to the private sector, and worked as a Junior Lobbyist for the insurance trade association, The Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers, where she helped draft policy and designate PAC funding to benefit the insurance industry and their clients. Then, she decided that if she truly wanted to help write the law, she should know how the law is practiced and impacting people on an individual level. So, she left Washington, moved back to Louisiana and attended Tulane University Law School where she fell in love with litigation and the courtroom.

After graduating from law school in 2020, Miranda went on to work at the Caddo Parish and Orleans Parish Public Defender's office for several years where she honed her trial skills while advocating for the indigent and underserved members of the community. Finally, she returned to her original roots in the insurance industry and came to Lewis Brisbois to practice insurance defense litigation.
